Why use calcium alginate dressing?

Calcium Alginate Dressing is made of natural fibers derived from seaweed. The dressing absorbs exudates and forms a gel-like covering over the wound, maintaining a moist environment for wound healing.

Highly Absorbent: The raw material is seaweed, which can absorb more than 10-20 times the amount of wound exudate.

Free cut: The dressing is soft and non-adherent, it can be cut to a suitable size according to the size of the wound.

Cover on the wound: Cover the wound with silver calcium alginate dressing and use a secondary dressing to cover it. Silicone foam dressing from Dr.med is recommended.
